C. NOZZLE AND DIAPHRAGM REPAIRS

• 1. Reweld and grind partitions/vanes and sidewalls to restore nozzle area, contour, edge thickness and finish to improve unit efficiency.
• 2. Repair worn spill strip fits, integral seals, horizontal joints, packing bores, bridges, seal fits, support blocks, threaded holes and keyways.
• 3. Stress relieve heat treat as required.
• 4. Record dimensional data for future evaluation.
