| MailRoom ToolKit is a series
of integrated controls that dramatically increases address
quality and postal discounts. The flexible components
allow for address correction closer to the point of entry
and can be seamlessly integrated into a multitude of applications
and programming environments. MailRoom ToolKit’s
flexible COM and ActiveX technology abolish the time consuming
process of importing and exporting data between applications.
There are three controls in the MailRoom ToolKit series:
ZIP+4Agent,
CASSAgent,
and PRESORTAgent.
By
adding these controls to your database or web site you

ZIP+4Agent
ZIP+4Agent is a single lookup button
which allows a user to check an individual address.
By activating the control, ZIP+4Agent will add the nine-digit
zip code, correct street and city spellings and provide
LOT and Carrier Route data as well. Using lookups, this
control can be used to speed data entry.

CASSAgent includes all the features

the ability to certify an entire batch of addresses.
After the batch processing is finished, the user can
review entries which were not able to be coded automatically
and also print the USPS Form 3553.

adding PRESORTAgent to your application or database,
a user will be able to presort the mail, print the required
postal reports as well as the barcoded mailing labels.
